GETTING ERROR AS The 'Knowledge' section is in the sn-component-workspace-knowledge application and cannot be edited. The installed application 'sn-component-workspace-knowledge' is private.

Hi Buddy,
The Knowledge section in Service Operations Workspace (SOW) is rendered by the sn-component-workspace-knowledge application, which is an out-of-the-box private application. Because it’s private, the Knowledge form in SOW cannot be edited or extended using Form Designer, form layouts, or dictionary changes. That’s why you’re seeing the message that it cannot be edited.
Basically, you cannot add or remove fields on the OOTB Knowledge view in SOW.
If you need to change which fields are shown, the supported options are:
Keep using the classic Knowledge form for authoring/editing.
Or create a custom Knowledge page in UI Builder for SOW, where you can control exactly which fields are displayed and how.
Trying to modify the delivered Knowledge component directly isn’t supported and will always be blocked.
