Not able to submit catalog item in service portal getting "Something went wrong.."

Hi All,

 

I am not able to submit an catalog request from service portal view, getting the attached error and it is preventing from submission. I am able to submit the same in platform view. 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

I am getting the attached 500 internal server error, I have validated the workflow, onSubmit scripts but I am not able to find the cause on this!

Is it only one catalog item or all catalog item (means portal page) has same issue? are you able to submit the catalog item in platform UI?

If yes, then check if the widget in portal page is customized.

I am facing this for all catalog item, even in sp/ portal this is throwing the same error. I see the sc_cat_item page is having patch update "System Upgrades: glide-utah-12-21-2022__patch10a-03-18-2024_04-04-2024_0911.zip" but I am not sure if this is the root cause!

I guess issue is with catalog item widget. Is the Catalog item widget added in the sc_cat_item portal page customized or OOTB?

 

If customized, then try with adding OOTB widget to the page.

Seems all are OOB, I am still not able to submit the catalog. Any other reason you see here?
