Not Getting correct reference field when try to select using lookup icon.

Hi All,
I have created two tables one is IA, and one is MV. In the MV form I have a field called select intellectual asset and it's a reference field from IA table. in IA table I have given the display true to intellectual asset name and all other fields display value is false. But when I try to select from reference field, I am seeing another field. What could be the possible reason and how to resolve it. PFA Screenshot for reference.

Looks like the the list layout of the IA list which opens up on click of Reference field hasn't been configured correctly. 

Please use the following steps.

1. Open the reference lookup list from your reference field. In this example I am using the department reference field on sys_user record.

2. Configure the list layout of list by opening the context menu

3. Choose the correct columns to display using the slush bucket.
