Notification is not sent to Assignement group of the Requested Item

Hi Community,

 

One notification is configured to be sent to the assignment group of the requested item. As per the email logs, the notification is being successfully triggered to the assignment group. However, the users have reported that they are not receiving the emails.

Could someone please assist in investigating this issue? @Ankur Bawiskar

Hi @tulasi8 

 

As per my knowledge , If group is having email , it will go the group email box, 

if email is not there , it will go to every group member of that group.

 

For testing, Clear the Email field ( of that group in sys_user_group table)  and ensure the Include members checkbox is ticked so it expands to the individual users in the group..

 

Let me know what result you are getting.

so what debugging did you do?

Same group if used in other table record then is the email going to members?
