I want remove on the Email like

"[caution: This E-mail originated from outside. Verify all attachments or links before clicking or opening. Use the 'Report Message' button to report anything suspicious.]"

Cross check already done from my end like Notification and Email subject.

Where i can check or remove the above Caution.

I believe this is a behavior of your company Email environment, not ServiceNow itself.

It depends what mail servers are you using.

If you're on MS Azure cloud and you use default ServiceNow servers, you will get this message.

You can set up Mail servers in Azure but as far as I know there is a limit of 10k emails sent in a day and this can be a bottle neck for large organizations.

I checked in my PDI and couldn't find anything similar to it.

Please share more details, when or whom it receives and optimally a screenshot as well
