nRequest not sent to uri on using the post message and midserver

Hello all
Thanks in advance for your watching my post.

I am working first time with integration using soap message and we use MID Server here and we use end point here
I am testing the connection with no authentication and I am receiving the response as the below.

"Request not sent to uri= https:-__________________________cabd. org.apache.commons.httpclient.HttpException: Connection reset "   and receiving the HTTP status as '0' 

Can some one suggest me how to know and how can i fix this error so that I can establish the connection with HTTP STATUS CODE OF 200.
