I have been doing a POC around Digital Portfolio Management for my stakeholders but have been unable to get a handle on how to get Offering Performance to populate in the Run tab of the Digital Portfolio Management Workspace.
I have gone to KPI Groups under Digital Portfolio Management and assigned KPI Groups to the Service Offerings in question, but when I click on the Run Tab in the DPM Workspace, It only shows date ranges to select from. What am I missing in order to configure the Run tab to work correctly?

Thank you for your input
I found the issue was related to many records in the KPI Group Mappings table that had an empty KPI Group. I'm not sure where these records came from but once I deleted all of them, the metrics began loading for me.

Couple of checks
- Does the `Offering Performance` indicator has scores already populated for it?
- Are there any other KPI Groups that mapped to the offering or parent service or node or the parent portfolio. Basically are there any other KPI groups that are mapped in the hierarchy and are they showing up?
- Performance Snapshot is another KPI group that is available OOB in DPM, has that been working for you?

Hi Gunner,
Sorry to hear you are having difficulty! One thing you can try as well is to add the 'performance snapshot' KPI group that is of type "Service Portfolio" to the portfolio this service offering is a part of. This offering should then inherit that KPI group and show the performance snapshot KPIs.
Also, if you haven't already checked out our product documentation, here are a few links you may find useful:
KPI groups: https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-service-management/page/product/digital-portfolio-management/concept/dpm-configure-kpi.html
Configure KPI groups with availability (this is an example of how you would configure KPI groups to report on availability): https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/sandiego-it-service-management/page/product/digital-portfolio-management/task/dpm-configure-kpi-availability.html
I hope this is useful. Please let us know if you have further questions.

Hi Caitlin, thank for replying! I really think there might be something wrong with either my environment or the product for the Service Offering level. The Performance Snapshot KPI Group is configured on the Service Portfolio and is showing up accurately down to the Service level. It is even pulling data from the offerings so I know that the scores are populated. It is just when I try and drill into the Offering that it does not load the Service Performance metrics. Any ideas on other tests I could run?
