On-Call query regarding listing all members in a roster for all support groups in On-Call

Management is wanting a list of all members in every Roster for every Support group in On-Call.

So from this list they can get a head count on all On-Call personnel that supports the company.

 

The list should have fields: Employee ID, Name, Assignlment Group, Roster (Opt), Shift (Opt), Work Phone, Mobile phone. They really just want to know if this person is On-Call.

 

I know a list can be compiled via a Schedule Report where you can choose the support groups which in my case is to capture all of them. Then choose a date range to see which On-Calls are available in the date range. This however is a snapshot of the entire roster for a givne period. I have tried capturing all rosters by giving the date range 4 months and captured 30k entries of On-Call information. I then exported the information to a spreadsheet and looked for unique employee ID numbers. I was able to get over 1100 unique members.

 

Is there a more elegant way of getting all On-Call members in a roster for all support groups?
