On-call scherduling setup and test in Personal instance

Hi,
Can anyone help me that I have created a roster in on-call scheduling and I have installed the required plugins and when I'm trying the incident ticket is not assigning to the shift member and also it is not escalating to the designated person.
Please help me how to test this.

Hi @Mounica96
On - call works, based on the conditions defined there. To test it , you need to make sure incident created during that time and all further steps configured properly.
You can test the same OOTB , once and to get the understanding.
