On Cell Edit client script not working for clearing values on list view

Hello all

I am working on List view of Hardware asset list view where

Requirement is After changing the value of Assigned to Field (on cell edit) the Location & Department fields which are dependent fields of Assigned to field are required to get cleared (empty) or those must get populated as per dependent values coming from Assigned to user data 

this scenario should work on List view

Kindly assist on this scenario

not possible to set other fields using onCell Edit
