OOTB, when a change has been raised and it has CI and Service on form, then an OOTB BR run which update the impacted and affected CI /Services in Related list.
If my response proves useful, please indicate its helpfulness by selecting " Accept as Solution" and " Helpful." This action benefits both the community and me.

The list of CI/ Services are coming from the main CI / service Relationship only. It is OOTB.

Hi AG,
Thanks for this information.
Is there any table or something where I can see all these related CIs?
