On Change Request Impacted Services/CIs related list getting more services added

HI Team 

when I create a new Change Request, the system automatically adds additional Cis in the Impacted Services/CIs related list. that are not part of this change. Please see the attached screenshot

OOTB, when a change has been raised and it has CI and Service on form, then an OOTB BR run which update the impacted and affected CI /Services in Related list.

The list of CI/ Services are coming from the main CI / service Relationship only. It is OOTB.
