On Change Request Impacted Services/CIs related list getting more services added

HI Team 

when I create a new Change Request, the system automatically adds additional Cis in the Impacted Services/CIs related list. that are not part of this change. Please see the attached screenshot

I checked, and there are only 12 BS in the dependency view but 315 CI get added in the 'Impact services/CIs' Tab
