Hi All,

I have an incident to check , why Impacted Service/CI record is being removed when "Check Conflicts" clicked on change request record.

From change history i can see like "Mapped Application is removed" , when conflict was run.

So I checked the UI macros -"change_request_conflict_progress"

UIscript -"ChangeRequestConflictUtils".

Script Include -"ChangeConflictAJAXProcessor"

I could not see script which is removing the record from Impacted Service/CI table(task_cmdb_ci_service).

Can any one pls help me in understanding this.

Appreciate your respone

Thanks in Advance.
