Hi All,
I'm looking for some advice please. I'm trying to create a new report and use "opened by.department " as a filter condition. I believe this is possible as shown in the first screenshot (this is not my report). When I create a new report and select the opened by dropdrown under group by I can navigate to and select opened by.department. However when I close this and add a filter condition I'm still unable to see opened by.department as a filter condition. Only opened by is available.
I've checked previous posts and google and cannot find an answer.
Any help would be appreciated
Thankyou

Hi @alborg,
it's possible to use it, please share how do you use it:
opened_by.department ... what? is not empty or is some specific value, .....?
Also, what does the condition return? Perhaps the departments are empty, for example.
I just tested for Interaction table and it works ok in list view, so it shall work ok in a report as well:

Can you share report filter conditions to check what is missing ?
Below is a sample report on interaction table and can see dot walked fields fine.
If this helped to answer your query, please mark it helpful & accept the solution.
Thanks,
Bhuvan
