Hi team, I have created an Order Guide. When I navigate through Service Catalog → Category and select the Order Guide, I can see the Next button without any issue.
However, when I perform a global search on the Service Portal and try to open the same Order Guide from the search results, the Order Guide does not appear at all.
Has anyone experienced this? What could be the reason the Order Guide next button is not showing up in the Service Portal global search?
