Order Guide Two Step Checked, but not Working

I have created this Order Guide and selected Two Step, but it is not removing the Summary tab.

 

How can I enforce a Two Step Order Guide?

 

This is our first and only order guide if that matters.

Found another ServiceNow community post where they provide an XML file you can use to replace the SC Order Guide widget.

Hi @michael78991 

 

Once two-step is enabled,  three tabs are only displayed. On the second tab, you’ll find the option to directly Submit/Checkout in the bottom-right corner.

Hi @Laveena-Agarwal, thanks for the response. I'm a little confused what you mean by the Submit/Checkout button. I'm seeing the image below. Should it skip the summary section? For me, it's bringing me to the Summary section, which I'd consider a third step.
