Outlook not tasking.ics template from notification for creating meeting invite

i have created a mail script to create a meeting invite for a weekly calll to who ever sublits an RITM for a particulatr catalog  using ics template . and tried caling ics as body and attachment in email notification . but invite is not getting created .
