Past date limitation

I have a date variable on a catalog item form. User will manually select the date.

I have to set limitation on past date.

Can anyone please help me out.

Hope you are doing well.

 

I tried to run and test my script (UI Policy and Client Script) again on my Personal Developer Instance to re-validate it and unfortunately, it seems to be work fine.

For your reference, Attaching screenshot of the output where I tested it by selecting the future date. Hope you test it on your PDI as well and there might be any other "Client Script" or "UI Policy" running on your instance to clear the future date value.

Could you please have a look into the above 2 screenshots. Just tried again with what you suggested but after raising the request while checking the RITM that date field value is empty.

Hi @abhisek ,

 

First thing that I want to confirm is - Hope UI Policy is working fine while creating the request (means before submitting the request). 

Besides it, I tried creating some RITMs now and it is again working fine for me. Attaching screenshot for the reference. Now, you have to figure it out and make sure no other Catalog Client Script and Catalog UI Policy is active that is/are making an issue. Let me know if you still face this issue or we can connect through any medium if you want to get your issue solved.
