Is it possible to take a screenshot of a users PC and paste it straight into the incident you are currently working on so it can be escalated with detail and efficiency? Or, does it require the first level technician to take the screenshot, save it on their PC locally then attach the screenshot as an attachment to the incident? Just looking for ways to reduce clicks and wasted processes.
thanks

Currently you need to save it on your machine.
I would love to see people proving me wrong as I am looking for similar functionality.

I agree with Bhavesh Jain . Waiting for someone to come up with some creative idea to achieve this.

Hi Jeff,
No one can paste the screenshot or any image direct in the request or incident table. For this one need to save the screen-shot in the system and then can attach in the SNOW tool where does the person want.
If there is any such way to paste the images direct in the incident and request, I am glad to know about.
Thanks!
