Where can I get emoji image files for Incident/Request Survey Forms?

Hi Team,

I am trying to implement an emoji-based feedback survey for Incident and Request surveys in ServiceNow.

I understand that images can be used in surveys, but I am unable to find emoji image files that can be uploaded and used as survey choices.

Could anyone please suggest:

Does ServiceNow provide any standard emoji images out of the box?
If you have implemented emoji-based surveys, which emoji image set did you use?

No, I don’t think ServiceNow provides any standard emojis by default. You can download the required emoji and upload it to ServiceNow if needed.

you can select your own or ServiceNow has this library (there are many icons, not sure if it will work for your scenario)
