Using Performance Analytics, I created a widget, Indicator, and Indicator Source to obtain scores by month of certain Incidents fitting a filter. I also have the previous year's scores by month. Here is an example:
What I am trying to do is take, for example, the January 2020 score and the January 2021 score and somehow show, also by month, the year-over-year percentage change. For example, the percentage change from Jan '20 and Jan '21 would show a -39% change. The Feb '20 to Feb '21 would show a -30%, etc. Hopefully these numbers could somehow be shown also in this widget; if not then a separate one below it which could also have a target set.
The widget shown here uses the "Previous Period Chart" setting, and the Previous Period Settings are "3" for "Number of Periods" and "Years" for "Range of Periods", thus why it show three years of data.
In any case, I tried using a formula indicator using the indicator involved in producing the above widget, to no avail. Does anyone have suggestions as to what could be done to satisfy the % change year-over-year requirement I have?
