We have a requirement to personalize AI Search results based on country on portal. To implement this we had to create results improvement rule on the country field on knowledge table. After implementing this we found that it is not working as expected. Later, we found that the country field on the knowledge table is a list collector where as the country field on users table is a reference type of field. We doubt this is root cause of the issue. Is there any possible way to implement this functionality? Please let me know.
