Hi Team,
We have many of users with ITIL role who can create a new CMDB item from incident form. We want to restrict or have only read access. Admins only can Create, modify or delete the CI items.
Could you guys assist me how to achieve the same.
Regards,
Rustam Shaikh

Hi Khushboo,
Thank you for the article link and I was able to follow the instruction. I was able to restrict the ITIL users by disabling the cmdb_ci create, write & delete ACL and created new ACL with role sn_cmdb_admin role for the same.
Thanks again!
Regards,
