Hey All,

Is there any way to call the playbook created in Workflow Studio through flow desginer.

I don’t get any action in my PDI in the name of Run Playbook/Start Playbook in flow desginer as suggested in some forum.

Need input on this.

Hi,
The "Playbook Experience" plugin has already been installed in PDI as it is available. However the said  OOB  Action "Trigger a Playbook" is not  available in Flow designer.

You can use dedicated flow based playbook , ServiceNow product doc as reference:

You can called Playbook through Flow book action, create custom action than invokes Subflow and call Playbook.
