Why link is showing when opening playbook for Portal

Hello,

I am working on playbook, i created a content item and record generator, when i click Content item on Portal it shows link instead of opening the form , after clicking to link it redirect to form then,

Is there any way to not show this link?

This behavior is usually related to how the Playbook Content Item and Record Generator are configured. If the Content Item is generating a link first and then redirecting to the form, check the Content Item configuration and make sure the Record Generator is configured to open the generated record/form directly.

If you're using Employee Center/Service Portal, also check the Content Item's Open in new window/tab or navigation behavior, as the portal may render the generated record as a link before navigating to the form.

If the OOB Content Item always displays the generated record as a link, you may need to customize the corresponding Playbook/portal component to automatically redirect to the generated record instead of displaying the link. I would recommend checking the OOB configuration first before customizing the widget/component.
