Hi ,
I have a before query business rule running on request tables , it will restrict the the user for a specific group to view the records . but when the user is requesting item from service portal it pop up a message request not found for the user of that particular group after submitting the request. can any one help?

We are having the same problem. However, the ticket they tried to submit doesn't get submitted; it doesn't exist on the sc_cat_item table. They hit Submit, and the system seems just to drop everything they typed in.
This happens randomly while using any of our catalog items. It happens to admins and users alike.
We cannot replicate the issue as it happens so infrequently, and as it happens to users with the admin role, I can't imagine it'd be an ACL. Especially considering if you refresh your browser a few times, the submission will work.
Even more frustratingly, there is nothing in the logs. No errors, no DB connection issues, nothing.

@Community Alums - we're seeing the same thing and it appears to be tied with the user having the snc_read_only and itil roles.
Does that apply to your user?

Unfortunately, that is not the cause of our issue. We don't use that role for our standard users.
