Hi Team,

What is the recommended best practice in ServiceNow for tracking changes to underlying data in reference fields?

For example, if Table A contains a reference field pointing to Table B, and data on the referenced record changes (e.g., a field value on Table B is updated), what is the preferred approach to track or respond to those changes in Table A?
