Primary Support Group

If you have a user that is part of several groups, can you make one of the group the primary group.

Example:

User member of three groups - Networking, Firewall, Switches

I want to make Firewall their primary group.

I don't think this is something that we can make some group as primary.

Instead, you can utilize the parent child group functionality.
