Hello! Is it possible to create printer-friendly printouts (knowledge articles) from the Employee center? Or is there a way to enable saving knowledge articles in PDF format? I’m interested in knowing if there is any out-of-the-box solution available.

Thank you for your response. I have read the solution in the link you sent (Export to PDF functionality for Knowledge articles - Support and Troubleshooting). As I understand it, you first need to open the article in the “print-friendly version” and then save it as a PDF. We currently do not have that option in the serviceportal (employee center).
My question therefore is whether it is possible to bypass this step and save a knowledge article directly as a PDF? 😀
