Problem Form: HTML Fields Read-Only and Fix Button Not Working

All HTML-type fields in the Problem form are appearing as read-only. This includes fields such as Workaround, Cause Notes, and Fix Notes.

 

Additionally, when we click the Fix button on the Problem form, the related popup window does not open.

The field is visible, but it is read-only. I’ve already tried the solution you provided, but it didn’t work.
