Hi All,
I have a requirment "First Reported By field" Incident should be populated in "Incidents" Related List.
Please help me how can we do this !!!
In above i have addedd the Incident in First Reported By field .
Now In Related List I can see Incidents is Empty.
Please help me How can we acheieve this.
If the Problem Number is Populated in Incident "Problem" Field i think we can it Right ?
That is also i have tried But its not working.
If The problem is populated In problem Field then the Incident is tagged under Related List As per OOB.
