Using a 3rd party Cloud provider secure web gateway, the Macintosh users are having an error message when trying to save report configuration in the "Classic UI" but it works just fine in the "New UI"
The only documentation is about bypassing the proxy, which isn't an option because we need to be doing Data Loss Prevention. What I am looking for is the difference between the Classical UI and the New UI, perhaps there is something in particular that can be bypassed.
Not enough information to ask our vendor, but vendor contacted a friend that has SNOW that has Zscaler and that person said years ago he remembered this problem from years before and said there was a SNOW setting that allowed calls from tertiary proxies. Does that job anyone's memory?
