Can we grant access to Project module without ITIL role?

If you see there is nothing mentioned about ITIL Role here, please check is any ACL is blocking here. Also have look to answer provided by @VaishnaviShinde

Yes you can give the access to user for project module without ITIL role but that user mut have project_user, project_manager, project_portfolio_user, financial_mgmt_admin these roles.
Example:
1) If user contain only the ITIL role is present and roles mentioned above is not present then project module will not be display to the user.
2) If the above mentioned roles is present then project module will be display to the user.
3) If above mentioned roles and ITIL both roles are present then project module will be display.

task_editor
but project module is not visible.
Note: User does not have ITIL role.

Hi Vaishnavi.. there is an read ACL for projects. It has two roles ITIL and project_user, but user is not able to access project module unless both these roles are granted. Only project_user role is not sufficient here. Any thoughts.
