Hi All,
Can we grant access to Project module without ITIL role?

Can you once check by removing that ITIL role from ACL if you are having security_admin role. Because that same ACL is perent at my instance but at my end it is working properly.

Hi @Nikita50 ,
Yes you can grant project role directly to business owner. Actually ITIL role is not required for business owner/stakeholders as they don't wana perform any support activities.
Best way to assign PPM role to business is without ITIL.

Hi, I am assigning project_user role to end users directly so they can view project module without ITIL or business stakeholder role.
