Publish, Retire, and Republish buttons are not working on Service operation workspace.

Hi, I have observed that knowledge UI actions visible on Service operation workspace are not working as expected. Earlier it was not visible to me but after changing the value of system property - sn_km_center.glide.knowman.ece.enable to 'true', it became visible. But still Publish, Retire and Republish are not working in my instance. Is anyone facing similar issue or have the root cause for the same?

Publish button on KB articles does not display on upgrading to ZP4 

 

I checked in my PDI and confirmed that I’m on Zurich P5, and everything is working as expected. Could you please verify whether the user has the Knowledge Admin/Manager role only? It’s possible they were added as an owner or manager on the Knowledge Base.

 

Also repair the SOW plugin once and try.

Publish button is not visible in SOW -> today's question answered by me

I could see it in SOW in Yokohama in PDI

Hi, your issue may be due to wrong states: publish only works on draft, retire only works on published, and republish only works on retired. I have shared a image below. Is that what you are facing in Knowledge UI?
