I did explore the maintenance, blackout window schedules and the change request conflict detection process. I have further questions, please answer:
1. How a CI owner or Application Owner will be able to view the Maintenance and Blackout Windows that apply to their applications and configuration items (CIs)? can they see on ci form as soon a maintenance or blackout schedule is created?
2. How the Conflict Calendar and Conflict Tab will behave when multiple Maintenance/Blackout Windows exist for the same or related CIs ?
3. Does assigning a Maintenance/Blackout Window to a Business Application or Application Service would automatically extend conflict detection to all associated CIs. ?
