Query business rule is not working on records which are created by inbound actions

Hello everyone,

I have created query br to put restrictions on specific records that are generated from inbound actions, but whenever I click on that record number it is taking me to different record instead of target record, please help me to resolve it

Yes. Query business rules no longer work in Zurich. It prevents records from being read
