Query business rule restricting triggering of emails.

Hello Team,

 

Can anyone please help on this

We have a functionality is when the Requests, RITM's, & tasks are assigning to "XYZ" assignment group then the Requests, RITM's, & tasks should be visible to "XYZ" only and the requests shouldn't visible to other group members. So, for this we have written one query business rule, it's working fine but the emails related the "XYZ" requests are not getting. We are getting emails as expected for the requests those are assigning other groups instead of "XYZ" group.
