I have requirement like whenever request raise from catalog form which assigned to group called "ABC" and sc task state is one of open,WIP,onhold these are conditions then when requested for country is from India then sc task should assigned to ABC group member which belongs to India, if Requested for is from US it should assigned to US agent with ROUND ROBIN method for this one I have used the Advanced work assignment created the Service channel with required condition along with queue and awa_assignment_rule for ROUND ROBIN logic as Assign by as LAST ASSIGNED as well but I was struck at this country based routing where I need to include this logic and what script I need to put it Kindly help me with this one
