Question/Clairifaction on how Scores are calculated for Assessments

Need to find out how the scores are "calculated" when using an Assessment.

We are in the process of creating new Assessment Categories with new Assessment Metric Definitions for our Demand Assessments.

While the assessments are working, when we tested it by using high value answers for one assessment, and then using low value answers for another assessment, the calculated score on the Demand form were IDENTICAL.

 

Is there something else we need to do to ensure the score changes based on the metric definition responses?

So I did make the changes to the Assessment Metric Categories but the score is always the same, whether different "answers" are selected or not. 

 

So still not sure how this is calculated - what is the point of Assessments if the answers are not calculated??
