When I create a new System property, Ignore cache field is checked by default
1. What exactly happens when I submit this and call this property from a script? Will this property value be read from the Database EVERYTIME I call this property?
2. If answer to above question is yes, why ServiceNow by default enables this field when I create a new system property? ServiceNow wants us to use the current stored value from DB rather than a cached copy? and hit the performance every time?
