Question regarding flagged kb articles

 I flagged one KB article with a note saying that the "KB needed to be updated to include an approval" . An email notification came out for that KB within 2 minutes, but the message that it had did not include my flagged comment. could someone suggest the KB notification to include the comment added when the KB was flagged.
