"Default view" is not working in "Form Action"

Hi, Before "Xanadu" release when I was using "Washington DC" instance, where I created a Form Action button for all the tickets type where I select the View "Default View" and that button was available for all the tickets type like Incident, Problem, Risk, HR etc. But When I upgraded to "Xanadu" release I couldn't see that button anymore on any ticket type. I have gone through Release notes as well but it's not mentioned anywhere if they have done such type of changes. Now I am suck here. I have to create a button which should be available for all the tickets type. And I choose Client script to write my code.
