Do you how to trace what is the cause of the info error message "Submit canceled due to a script error - please contact your System Administrator" that appears on the form when clicking submit.

We are also still checking, because all we know is that the user clicked the update UI action and the update didn't go through and the error is shown.
By the way, do you know of any place where we can locate what throws that error message?
Unfortunately, we cannot see the error message in the system logs.
