Read only admin

Hello,

I am needing assistance creating a read only admin role, that has the ability to view what admins can. I have created a group, added the admin and snc_read_only roles, but the users still had access to impersonate, create table index and modify list layouts.

The role/group I need should not have the ability to impersonate, create table index and modify list layouts.

There are various custom ways to do this, most requiring the creation of ACLs and custom roles. A few options below from previous community questions.
