reassignments count report

I want to create a report.
I need to count the number of reassignments from a specific group to other groups.
Do you have an idea ?

Hi @kmickael ,
You can create a report selecting the particular group and counting the "reassignment count" field on the incident form.

is not exactlly what i want.

 i need to know how many time the incident ticket switch to a specific group to others and not only the number of reassignment.

OOTB there is a metric definition for exact your use case assignment_group 

Use the recorded metrics (related list on that page) as a source for your reporting
