I'm working on transitioning from agent assist to recommended actions with the AI search tab. However, I can't workout a way to copy the same attach functionality that agent assist has.
Agent assist will save the entire form when attaching an article, so the agent can set to resolved, click attach and all resolution + KB is added to the comments. If the agent has not completed all mandatory fields, the comment will be added to the comments input field but not saved.
In AI search within recommended actions, the comment is totally independent of the form. It's added via a flow action within the guidance record and I can see no way of changing this to replicate agent assist. I have tried with UIB detail view to no success as it doesn't stem directly from the SOW record page.
Has anyone implemented this or has any ideas? I had assumed recommended actions with AI search was the logical progression from agent assist.
