Config Item ID’s associated with these… as well as tickets opened against all the CI’s.

Columns needed are

Ticket #, Parent Ticket #, Task Type, Configuration Item ID, Configuration Item Name, Short Description, Description, Work Notes, Closure Notes, Actual Start Time, Actual End Time, Assignment Group

You can use the earlier shared report and add any columns you need. I’m still not clear on what exactly you want to achieve.
