Record Information in Contextual side Panel - Service Operations Workspace

Hi all,

 

In the Record Information Side Bar in Service Operations Workspace,  I would like to display SLA details, I am able to see the SLA widget in the UIB but it doesn't show in the workspace. Any thoughts?

First Picture is what I have in CSM workspace that SLA details are available, that is what I'm trying to replicate  in the Service Operations Workspace ( second pic)
