I have a bit of an issue with loading certain types of records, and this seems to affect all records of that type. Following investigation and looking for any recurring slow transaction history, etc. I can't seem to find anything.
Examples
* Loading task-table extended records take a normal time of a few seconds for a full load (as expected)
* Loading tasks that extend the Application File table (and further child extensions) can take up to 20 seconds+. This does not occur for all table records under these but some (eg Client script, email Notifications, catalog variables, etc.)
Here's an example for a Catalog variable response time:
I've tried with different related list load views (on-demand, with form, concurrent), with no change. Updating records via list view has no delayed response times,, it's only when loading the record itself that this occurs.

Unfortunately this hasn't resolved the issue with the information available on these posts, but thank you for sending. I have identified through the transaction log that it appears to be the Studio application with the slow response time:
